[Dune] Difference betweendune/geometry/genericgeometry/referenceelements.hh anddune/geometry/referenceelements.hh ???

The file seems to have disappeared anyway - at least I can not find it
in dune/geometry....

Hi,
Martin's comment seems to imply that there may be some redundancy in the
files, as a left-over from old times.  Is this true?  What would you change/
clean up if you had infinite ressources?
