What do you mean with the permutation in the entity wrapper?

Just to make sure I have the problem sorted: 
you are trying to make your grid conform with (1B)+(2A) and that clashes with 
the test (2B) which (together with (1A)  of course) was the assumption made in all 
grids implementing subentities so far.

A second question I have in the case of (2A):
what sort of useful information does the reference element still provide? 
So in principal I could then have a cube numbering the verticies counter
clockwise which has nothing to do with the numbering in the reference element?
Or did I misunderstand (2A)?
