[Dune] speedup your dunecontrol..

Hi all,

lately, the number of DUNE modules has been growing and the 
configuration takes longer and longer. This can be avoided by adding the 
following option to your config.opts file:

  --cache-file=/tmp/config.cache (or in some other path)

This will create a configure cache that will be used by all modules, and 
thus, speed up the configuration process, since check only are executed 
once. I hope that helps a little bit.

To rerun all check, the cache file should be removed.
