[Dune] Documentation on how to replace ToplogyID

Hi Dune,
we have still some places where ToplogyID is used, which
is deprecated [1,2]. I tried to get rid of some of the
deprecation warnings but I did not get what was to do. I did 
not find documentation on how to change it.

Can someone please briefly explain what to do? Do we want to
improve the documentation? Should I open a flyspray task?
