[Dune] Returning Geometries As Objects

Hi Christoph,

thanks a lot for this comforting information. With respect to 
pyramidtriangulation.cc, I'll have a look into it before merging the branch. I 
have to admit that, until now, I did not succeed in running 'make check' on 
dune-grid.
