[Dune] Deprecate pre-2005 SuperLU support?

Regarding Christoph's question

I encountered a problem with dune-istl trunk and SuperLU 4.3

/DUNE/dune-istl/dune/istl/superlu.hh:350:24: error: ‘DOUBLE’ was not 
declared in this scope
/DUNE/dune-istl/dune/istl/superlu.hh:415:24: error: ‘DOUBLE’ was not 
declared in this scope

So probably there is a problem due to the renaming.
