[Dune] Returning Geometries As Objects

Hi Martin,
as I said before besides the breaking tests in dune-grid, which are 
fixed as you said, and one obscure failure in the dune-PDELab tests
I don't have objections. And dune-PDELab is not your business if I am right.

I support this. When Jö and I prepared dune-geometry it was similar and 
not very comfortable for me.
