[Dune] Returning Geometries As Objects

Ugh, you are right, I got confused in my previous mail.  I meant (c) where I
wrote (b).  So, I'm OK with either (c) or the misnamed (b').

By the way, I found a small problem with your branch in the programs in
dune-grid/src[0].  How would you like me to handle that?
(a) Commit the fix on top of your branch,
(b) send the patch with the fix to you, or
(c) wait until you merge, then commit the fix on the trunk.

[0] ForLoop::apply(T1 &t1,...) being called as ForLoop::apply(it->geometry()).
    That worked previously, because t1 can bind to a lvalue reference to
    const, but doesn't work now because t1 cannot bind to an rvalue.
