Well... how shall I answer this question, if I was never able to use the code? There must be a working version in order to say if it is useful.

- I think computing quadrature-rules using arbitrary precision types would be handy.
- I don't know what it is used for in localfunctions, but I guess for something similar like in hte other usecases... for the orthonormalization of DG basis functions.
