The attached two patches replace FiniteStack by std::stack<Dune::ReservedVector> in AlbertaGrid and ALUGrid.  Since we all remember what happened last time I upload them here for review.

With these two patches applied the FiniteStack class is not used anymore anywhere in the core modules.
