[Dune] VTK Files Visualized with Paraview on Windows ?

Dear Dune,

very recently we have stumbled over the problem that PVTU and VTU files for visualization with paraview, written
by Dune's VTK writer, in parallel operation, made problems when analyzed with the latest
version of paraview (3.12) on the Windows Platform. 

The error said something about 'missing process 0 files'.

In fact, the same files can be visualized perfectly well with paraview on the Mac OS X platform.

I should also say that the files were written on the Cray XT6 platform.


Would you have any idea where this problem has its roots ?

Have you ever encountered such a thing before ?
