[Dune] Possible release notes for 2.1.1

Hi Christoph,
thanks for the patch.  Personally, I'd prefer if the changes in 2.1.1
appeared on top of the 2.1 release notes page.  It is a small update
to the 2.1 release after all.  That way we avoid a proliferation of
small pages and corresponding entries in the navigation bar.
