Details - Revision 1035 of dune-localfunctions added implementations of Raviart-Thomas and Brezzi-Douglas-Marini-1 elements.  However, the automatically generated "Makefile.in"s were not added to the svn:ignore property at the time.  This leads to slightly annoying output of the form

   ? [whitespace] dune/localfunctions/raviartthomas/raviartthomas12d/Makefile.in
   ? [whitespace] dune/localfunctions/raviartthomas/raviartthomas1q2d/Makefile.in
   ? [whitespace] dune/localfunctions/raviartthomas/raviartthomas2q2d/Makefile.in
   ? [whitespace] dune/localfunctions/raviartthomas/raviartthomas1q3d/Makefile.in
   ? [whitespace] dune/localfunctions/brezzidouglasmarini/Makefile.in
   ? [whitespace] dune/localfunctions/brezzidouglasmarini/brezzidouglasmarini12d/Makefile.in
   ? [whitespace] dune/localfunctions/brezzidouglasmarini/brezzidouglasmarini1q2d/Makefile.in

during (e.g.,) "dunecontrol status -vv -u".  Would you mind "ignore"ing these files?
