The problem is the line

Package: rerunfilecheck 2010/03/16 v1.6 Rerun checks for auxiliary files (HO)

that always occurs in the log file with TeXLive 2010.
Fixed in revision 6551.

I'll leave the task open in case someone comes up with a better solution.
