While b3 is formaly OK I'm afraid one only understands the colon if one already knows, whats meant. It more looks like some artefact.

How about making one strawberry a little larger and putting 'application' inside it. This would be constistent. We could also abreviate it by 'app' to keep is smaller. But people might then think they can buy the fancy-multitouch-navier-stokes-solver on the dune app store for 3$.
