[Dune] #if HAVE_BOOST fails in dune-istl

Dear dune-list,

I just tried to compile the trunk, and dune-istl (revision 1522) failed 
as it stumbled over

#if HAVE_BOOST

in the files

M       dune/istl/multitypeblockvector.hh
M       dune/istl/multitypeblockmatrix.hh
M       dune/istl/gsetc.hh

should this be #ifdef HAVE_BOOST instead? I attach a patch which fixes 
it for me, of course I'm also happy to submit a bug report.
