[Dune] 2.2.0 installation

Hi Dhirendra,
I cannot reproduce your error. The 2.2 tarball contains doc/Makefile.in. 
And the SVN checkout of the 2.2 branch and
dunecontrol all created the file.

Try to re-run dunecontrol all for dune-grid-howto. If that does not 
help, attach the output of dunecontrol.
