[Dune] Dune on Mac OS X - Segmentation Fault.

Hi Ali,

this problem has been solved in the trunk just recently. If you are 
using the release 2.2, the add the following line

#include <dune/grid/alugrid/common/persistentcontainer.hh>

to the file

dune-grid/dune/grid/alugrid/2d/alu2dgridfactory.hh
