[Dune] starcd files reader and parallel alugrids

Fortunately it' the second case, same vertex with different numbers in 
the indexSet.
As attachment you have 3 files: one is for the sequential run and the 
other two for a 2 procs job.
They have information about codim=dim and codim=0 entities on the leaf 
level.
The grid is a cube with 27 vertices and 8 cube elements.
