[Dune] adaptation/refinement

Hi to everybody,
I would like to ask you if I have the chance, using dune, to customize 
the adaptation procedure.
For example close to a wall, a curved boundary, I would like to refine 
putting the new nodes on the boundary and not on the face of the cell to 
be refined. Or, more, I would like to make something like that in the 
middle of the grid, in order to avoid having all the son cells with the 
same face slope of the father. Is there a factory class for adaptation 
and refinement to modifying them?
