[Dune] bad grids??

Hi Oliver and thank you for the quick reply, unfortunately I'm adapting
an existing code that can manage only quadrilaterals.
Using red-green would mean introducing triangles, isn't it? I think it
would be the solution to my problem, but I need to think about something
different.
