Currently we would still need something like dunecontrol. But we concentrated on getting the modules built. I think we could implement the functionality of dunecontrol in CMake. And Sascha Zelzer pointed already out that he did something in that direction and his code is available. Though, I have not bothered yet.

I forced myself to get tasks done with autotools and with CMake. CMake is still a beast, because it is a build system. But the autotools made me cry multiple times.
