Currently "make check" and "make headercheck" work for me when no external grids are used and with UG as the only external grid.

When using ALUGrid 1.50 both checks fail. For example is a second template parameter MPICommunicator missing in:
 dune/grid/alugrid/3d/alugrid.hh:46:18: error: too few template arguments for class template 'ALU3dGrid'
Some other errors occur that I could not fix.

I have not run checks with Alberta but will catch up to that.
