[Dune] --with-duneweb is inconsistent

Good Morning,
I encounter an inconsistency with the parameters. For dune-web it is 
called --with-duneweb but for the other modules they are called 
--with-dune-{common|geometry|grid} (note the hyphen after dune).
I'd like to change this because I think the name is unintended. I won't 
deprecate this because only a few developers will be affected.
Any objections?
