[Dune] Removal of GenericGeometry::normal()

Hi Christoph,
where does the check break for you?  It doesn't for me.  The 'normal' method
has been deprecated before the last release, so it was a candidate for 
removal.
It was not me who deprecated it, though, hence I cannot tell you what is
supposed to replace it.
