[Dune] html files in the dune-web svn

Dear Dune,
I just came across the two files dunereferences.html and 
dunereferences_bib.html,
both in dune-web/publications.  On the one hand, they are checked into 
the repository.
On the other hand, 'make clean' deletes them, as it deletes all html 
files.  What
is the status of these files?  Are they auto-generated from something else?
Then they shouldn't be in the svn.  Otherwise we should tell 'make' that 
they
mustn't be deleted.
