[Dune] Two issues with ALUGrid-1.50

Hi Christoph,

Steffen already reported these two bugs. I already fixed this in the 
trunk of ALUGrid and it will be contained in the next release.

Until then the patch proposed will fix the problem.

For the vertexorder test please ask Jö.
