With trunk at 8071 the test now checks all VirtualRefinements and the Geometries for the StaticRefinements that still have them (Simplex and HCubeTriangulation).

(I had to fix quite a lot there...)

I think I originally put the geometries in there on somebodies request, but I don't remember whose.  Prism and Pyramid never had geometries -- I suppose Jonathan Youett skipped the geometries when he implemented those.  HCube lost the geometries when Christi reimplemented them without a grid as the backend.
