Currently I am unable to reproduce the problem using the Debian packages from experimental.  This seems to be because Debian is going multiarch, and hence libdunecommon.so is not in /usr/lib anymore, but instead in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu.  That latter part doesn't appear as a linker path, though, hence there are no crashes.

I not not sure that this means that the bug is fixed though.  It would probably should up on a non-Debian system?
