[Dune] How to calculate the cross product for Dune::FieldVector< K, SIZE >

Hi all,

I need to compute the cross product (or vector product) of two vectors.
I've read the documentation for Dune::FieldVector< K, SIZE >, but I haven't found anything useful.

Is this method already implemented elsewhere in DUNE, maybe for other types? Or do I have to write it by hand?
