Sorry, the problem is a little more complex. Due to the enforced template argument list of a Dune::Geometry, I needed two additional geometry references: GlobalGeometryReference and LocalGeometryReference. Both of these fetch the actual geometry implementation type from the grid traits.

But let us not discuss empty words: I obtained the original version from the svn repository and attached it, so you can have a look...
