Hi Martin,
thank you for your reply. I saw cachedcoordcunction.hh and 
test-geometrygrid.cc, even if the second is not so clear to me.
 From the first, I understood the need for an adapt() method in my 
deformation class derived from DiscreteCoordFunction.
I'll try to implement this method, looking at cachedcoordfunction.hh.
Is there any example clearer then test-geometrygrid.cc in which the 
cachedcoord function is used? For example, I cannot understand which 
CoordFunction is used in.
