for questions concerning Dune-FEM, please use the according mailing list 
dune-fem at dune-project.org

For your specific problem, are you sure you have ALUGrid installed and 
detected by dune-grid? You can have a look in dune-grid/config.log in 
the Summary section. If ALUGrid is there marked as not found, you either 
must give the ALUGrid path or find out what went wrong during the 
ALUGrid detection (also with the help of config.log).
