[Dune] geometry grid mapper

Hi duners,
in my code I build a geometry grid(cgrid) on an ALUGrid(grid).
I specify element iterators for each grid in order to catch, for 
example, the geometrical feature of the elements in the two "different" 
grid.
Now I need a mapper on elements, but I wonder if I need TWO mappers (for 
sure, because if I try to map an element on cgrid using a mapper on grid 
the compiler complaints!) and most of all if the indexsets are the same.
