[Dune] Extraction of the connectivity from the grid

Hi all,

I have just a quick question about the grid.

Suppose I need to export the connectivity. How can I do it?
In other words, what is the smartest way of exporting a list of :

VERTICES

V0_x, V0_y
V1_x, V1_y
V2_x, V2_y
.......

ELEMENTS

0    1    2
1    2    3
......
