[Dune] dune-istl on branch releases/2.2.-cmake fails to build

the usual suspect would be your boost installation. example only uses
boost-fusion (headers only). Why it thinks it needs a boost library is
beyond me.

Please post a bug report and add the log of a "make VERBOSE=1" build
run and CMakeCache.txt.
