[Dune] insertionIndex() for GridFactory<UGGrid...>

Hello everybody,

  I just compiled Dune with UG (small suggestion for ug-dune patch #11: replace AM_CONFIG_HEADER with AC_CONFIG_HEADERS in configure.ac), sadly to find out that insertionIndex() is not implemented for the template specialisation GridFactory<UGGrid…> in uggridfactory.hh.

Has anybody written this method and is he/she willing to share it? Or is it in the latest trunk?
