[Dune] ParMETIS 4.0.3: idxtype not declared

thanks for reporting this bug. It was already fixed, see the FlySpray
task #1164

Sorry that I was not able to find this bug before you found the problem
yourself. It is currently in git-master and will be included in the
upcoming Dune 2.3 release.
