[Dune] ParMETIS and ALUGrid 1.52

Hi Christoph, 
I followed your instructions, but ALU configure finds metis and not parmetis. 
However, by try-and-error, I solved the problem by only installing parmetis and by using only the flag --with-parmetis configuring ALU. 
By this way ALU is able to find both metis and parmetis. 
I'm going to test if they work on runtime.
