[Dune] including boost in cake based build system ?

Hi Benedikt,
just add it your CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH?! Or do you have any problems doing that?
On my system Boost is installed and found automatically without
specifing anything.

As we use CMake's FindBoost.cmake, you might be interested in its
documentation:
