[Dune] how to force a rebuild from scratch with cmake build system ?

Dear Dune,

may be a trivial question but how would I force the dune build system using cmake
to do a rebuild ?

and, how would I specify to use mpicxx using cmake ? It seems, cmake by default uses
the available serial cxx compiler ?
