[Dune] Usage of insertBoundary to set ID boundaries

Hi Andreas,

the description you gave is absolutely correct and is the official way of doing 
this. I was commenting on the method insertBoundary (not insertBoundarySegment), 
which is specific to AlbertaGrid's implementation of the grid factory. As far as 
I understand, Andrea got confused by the two different methods.
