[Dune] Usage of insertBoundary to set ID boundaries

thanks everyone for their contribution !!! Everything is clear now.

@Andreas Buhr,

what I wrote, "insertBoundary was not mentioned before the creation of the grid." is, in a way, technically correct. In fact you mentioned the method "insertBoundarySegment", as Martin said.
Though limited to Alberta, "insertBoundary" is the only method that actually prescribes the ID. In my first, original email I was enquiring about that :-)
So I learnt that the official procedure, based on "insertBoundarySegment", does not prescribe an ID, but stores that information somewhere else, where the user can retrieve it, if need be.
