[Dune] error compiling dune with hades

Dear Oliver,
thanks for the suggestions. In fact, Aleksejs Fomins is working in our company
with the objective to implement the curvilinear grid functionality into Dune.
You will probably remember our plans into this direction starting in spring this year.
The first thing will be to extend the gmsh reader so that it reads higher order meshes,
then work on adapting the grid.
Therefore, to make it short, we need to work with the trunk. But we can always
use the back port for starting to debug.
By the way, it wold be interesting to hear opinions on this since we think that
we are not the only ones needing this.
