[Dune] error compiling dune with hades

opinions on how curvilinear functionality should be implemented.

For example, gmsh is capable of generating up to 6th order curvilinear
elements; although, it appears that 2nd and 3rd order mesh generation is
generally more stable. Since we need this functionality for Maxwell,
our perspective may be biased but other physical fields may have different
needs.
