[Dune] Implementing curvilineagmshreader.hh

Dear Dune developers,

We are currently implementing a gmsh reader for arbitrary higher order
tetrahedral meshes. Since the existing gmshreader.hh either returns a
pointer to the newly created grid or a reference to a grid factory, from
a design point of view we are unsure what to do.

Should we return a pointer to a grid, although the grid is not yet
capable of managing the curvilinear meshes, or should we return a
reference to a grid factory?
