[Dune] making tests

Dear Dune,

I am trying to add a new .cc test file to the directory
dune-grid/dune/grid/io/file/test
I have added it to the Makefile.am ALLTESTS line.

When I run make check in that folder, it does not find ALUGRID.

Could you please explain all the places I need to make edits in order to
add a new test file to the make process.

although the header clearly specifies

#if HAVE_ALUGRID
#include <dune/grid/alugrid.hh>
#endif
