[Dune] ParMETIS and ALUGrid 1.52

Hi Marco,
I had to figure out a dozens of times how to get ALUGrid 
configured
with ParMETIS. Last time I made notes. I have wanted to put it 
on
the Dune website or somewhere in the Wiki. Maybe it helps you,
especially step 5 is not obvious.
