[Dune] Adding dependencies in cmake

Dear cmake adepts,
the wiki page says that additional cmake tests of a module dune-foo
should be added to dune-foo/cmake/modules/DuneFooMacros.cmake

As I could not find this documented:

Is it correct that this will be included automatically
by dune_project from any other dune module depending on dune-foo
and thus propagate dependencies of dune-foo to such modules
in contrast to just adding the tests to dune-foo/CMakeLists.txt?
