[Dune] two LeafView deprecation warnings in dune-grid 2.3

Hi Matteo,
thanks for your hint about fixing to deprecation
warnings. Your proposal was already implemented right
before the 2.3.0 release but was reverted. The reason was
that grids from third parties did not provide the new
methods which would break their dune-grid interface.

The warnings are quite annoying but unfortunately you
have to make the changes locally.
